hi i have managed to get tickets for the wwe tour at butlins minehead this coming weekend 11/11/06.
just wondered if anyone else has been and what they are like ? whats the atmosphere like and how long does the show last for ?
my 2 kids watch it all the time but you cant tell how long the shows last from watching it on tv as there is so much editing etc done to it before it goes out.
the kids dont know about it yet and i am not planning to tell them until we are ready to leave, so i am just hoping its as good live as it looks on tv.
any feedback would be geat, thanx

I'm 13 and my mum took me to Manchester to see it live last year! the atmosphere is immense! because it isn't televised from minehead the superstars are allowed to spend time with the fans and sign autographs on the way to the ring! as you walk through the halls everyone is shouting out the catchphrases of their favourite superstars , every one is hyped up and the superstars give it their all , numerous superstars have said the love coming to England , and that they give it their all (performance wise) , you will be blown away! i was crying through the whole thing it is so breathtaking! i really hope that you and ya kids have a good time and that you will be able to take away some cherished memories from the arena that will stay in your heart forever!
you'll not be disappointed ! have a great time! hope this helps!
oh , and it lasts in between 2 to 3 hours! but they have no time restriction , I've been to 4 hour shows!

I'm going to a Live event on Nov.28th and I can tell You from past experiences the Atmosphere is great the one I'm going to They are taping Smackdown for Friday December 1st--and are having a Live ECW show that night so all in all this event should last a few hours--but Yours should last around 2 to 2 1/2 hours and should still be a great show because They are always much much better when You are there Live I hope You and Your kids have fun.

I've been to see them 3 times.
First time was a Wembley arena in London, second was at the Manchester Evening News arena and the last time was in Newcastle.
They are fantastic events to go too, I'd love to go again.
How can you beat singing 'You Suck' when Kurt Angle makes an entrance or shout 'What?' after everything Stone Cold said. OK so it did border on pantomime at times, especially when Special Guest Referee Ric Flair chases someone up the ramp with a broom, lol.
I think they usually last for 2-3 hours, it's kinda like a concert in that respect.

i've already been on two live shows here in Manila, one RAW Road to Wrestlemania just last February 25, and one SmackDown Survivor Series Tour just last October 21. it's different from watching it on TV since there are no commentators dictating the match and very minimal pyros. for me, they're still one heck of an experience. they put on a great show and they really bring the house down. these shows would usually last for around 2 hours and a half.

in my opinion, it's a lot better live than on TV. being exposed to an atmosphere of thousands of WWE fans and the electrifying presence of the WWE Superstars is definitely an experience worth savoring. i have posted videos from both shows for your entertainment on my multiply site.

Its awesome-I have been to 4 shows in the past 3 years. It's loud but fun. If your two kids are little you might want to bring ear plugs. Also if Batista, DX, Jeff Hardy come out-don't look at their piro-you'll be blind for eternity-its also very loud. Great atmosphere-also if someone has a sign in front of you-ask politely to lower a bit because you can't see. But every seat in the house is a good one. Shows typically are two hours-might want to eat something before you leave. Have fun. :)

sure, I were to endless shows abode shows and stay T.V shows and PPV's aswell. it really is marvelous! it really is more effective perfect sitting there observing it stay and actual seeing the superstars! the hoop is quite huge, yet i do truly recommend that you get good floor seats possibly 2 or 3 rows faraway from the hoop or possibly on the first tier, the front or 2d row. not particular the way it quite works now yet very last year i have been given component to expertise tickets from sky (i take advantage of the internet website because i'm a dependable sky client) and if you're quick adequate in uk, we get particular behind the curtain tickets so we get meet and greet tickets for WWE superstars, usually we get one Diva, one male celeb. i have met endless superstars over the years behind the curtain and contained in the realm. Superstars do not come out contained in the realm to signal autographs in spite of the indisputable fact that on the best of the teach often times the ultimate wrestler will signal autographs if you're close adequate to the hoop you're fortunate.

I've been with my boyfriend in Birmingham last year it was brilliant. I didn't think i would enjoy it, but the atmosphere was so good everyone got involved. People there are all friendly.

I would make sure you take plenty of money for the merchandise and food it can be quite expensive if you get caught in the buying frenzy.

Enjoy!
