Excedrin. No one in my family has had a headache that wasn't feeling better within 10 minutes of taking Excedrin (aspirin)

Tylenol, Aleve..........none of that works for me.

I think Advil is the best painkiller on the market for an OTC preparation. Aspirin makes a great blood thinner, Tylenol is OK for those that can't take aspirin or Advil. Alieve is a joke as far as I'm concerned. No effect at all.

really depends on the headache... I'm no doctor, actually I'm just 18, but if it's a headache from the weather, a cold (sinus headache, hurts the face and forehead) or menstrual, I find that ibuprofen (advil) works best. If it's from tension or stress or soreness, I go with acetomenophen (Tylenol). I've never tried aleve or asprin, so I can't say anything about that.

It depends on the headache. If it's a throbbing feeling, I go with Tylenol. If it's a deeper steady pain I go with Advil. Aleve works more for body and joints.

For a lot of people Tylenol is worthless as a pain medication. Depends on the person. I know it doesn't work for me. I only take it if I need a fever suppressor. Go ahead and take Advil if it works better for you.

It depends on who you are and what works for you. Medicine works differently for everyone. Tylenol works best for me but it may not work for you at all. You just have to try different ones until you find one that works for you. Or ask your doctor. See i can't take Aspirin because I have and ulcer and aspirin will make it worse.

It depends on if your pregnant or not. If you are, then you can only take Tylenol. Otherwise, I try to use either Tylenol or Advil.
