My school every year gives us planners/ angendas or whatever you might call them we have to have them too bcause they are hall pasess aswell as the place to write our homework down. Any ways over Christmas vacation I was thinking about putting new ideas to help motivate me to have a good rest of the year. It is paper back and trust me book socks don't work. I was just wondering if you had any ideas for me. I would really appriciate it and I can't wait to get designing.

Sounds like my high school. Our booklets have a handbook, agenda/planner, calender, pass, bell schedule, map, and i could go on, and on, and on, and on.
Try putting sticky notes in various places to remind yourself to do well.

You could reinforce it with a thick cardboard and then use any kind of paper to cover it. A paper bag is typical, but your designs could make it unique. Wrapping paper is nice, but with the carboard you could always use regular computer paper or a scrapbooking paper.
