It sounds .......a little umm......strange. But my question is does your dog feel the same way?

No.....but if you put the dog before you wife, that is wrong. If she does not have a problem with it, alot of people love their dogs and cats like family members and there is nothing wrong with that.

No, I don't think so. The dog is your companion and best friend, so why not love it like that. They are wonderful creatures who respond to the loving with lots of love. They are there when you need them and do not talk back. Their love is unconditional. I am happy that you found such a loving friend. May you have many years of love together.

You can love your dog but not literally love your dog in a physical sense if that is what you mean...that is wrong, cruel, and against the law!

Yeah...I think so. I mean I have a dog and I love it to pieces, but I wouldn't go as far as "loving it like my husband"...thats not good.

Dogs hate to cook, and they clean with their tongues. Apart from the snide housekeeping comment, you weren't designed to fit together so I'd call this animal abuse.
