It's tough! What is the theme of your school? We were the "Lions" - so when I was on the yearbook staff (3 years to be exact) we incorporated the "Lions" with the end of the millennium (99) and beginning of the millennium (00).

It was tough when the Class of 99 said they were the "Last of the century, Best of the century"

Then, we, Class of 00 said we were the "First of the Century, Best of the Century"

"Memories" is obviously soooo cliche' for a yearbook - but you could ALWAYS make ANYTHING work. Go for it, just get creative with whatever idea you come up with - there is no right or wrong for a theme.

I assume you are one of the editors of the yearbook?

"Moments to Remember," from a song by that name performed by The Four Lads in about 1956. Here are a couple of excerpts from the lyrics:

"The New Year's Eve we did the town,

The day we tore the goal posts down,

We will have these moments to remember;"

etc.

"Though summer turns to winter,

And the present disappears,

The laughter we were glad to share,

Will echo through the years;

Though other nights and other days,

May find us gone our separate ways,

We will have these moments to remember."

You might even want to think about reviving the song as part of the theme. Even if you played it at every reunion for the next fifty years, it would never grow old. I guar-on-tee it. But it has to be the original, by The Four Lads.

Well, It is a hard job! LoL well, you could do something with your school mascot, whatever it is, and Have it hold a sign that says 06-07 ______(enter Mascot here) Yearbook {Photos Gone _________(something your mascot might do)} I dunno!! Good Luck, and maybe try looking at old photos. or have a competion with the school, people enter drawings, and you pick a winner to put on the front! Little kiddy I know, but Less on your part LOL

Have the whole book look like a composition notebook, front to back .... scan in real notes taken in class from the graduating class as backgrounds, each title of every page can have folder tabs .... I did it and it looked awesome !
