Plz help me out soon. While studying i automatically start thinking about something which is not related to the topic.

Do you exercise and take enough breaks? Maybe that would help. When you are on your breaking point of studying, stop. Don't force yourself into staring into books when you are not into it. Quality time may help more than quantity.

Drink enough water, and well.. take enough breaks.

I am afraid I do not understand the automatically part. However, that is a common problem some people have. I suggest eggs for breakfast, that helps and has been proved by tests to help people concentrate. There are other things like ginkgo biloba that are suppose to help with mental focus. Try this and I hope it helps.

I think you should learn to relax a little bit and try to calm down dont push your self too hard.Because some student cannot concentrate on theirs study because of pressure.It can come from your problem or the goal that your want to achieve.I can suggest you can some simple sport just like cycling.

try to do meditation everyday. Start with few mins and keep on increasing daily do it till 1/2 hr or so. One more thing is that try to get interest on the subject you are studying.

learn to concentrate. sit cross-legged, close ur eyes, imagine a lighted candle and keep looking at it, keep ur head blank, don't allow any ideas to come in, u may not get it the first few times but , yes, it will help you to concentrate
