No Usually not but they can have the add on card it was given by the icici bank the add on card is the card which was given to the person whom the original card holder is think that the person needs the card and will having the limit what the orginal card holder in the add on card the limit is included in the orginal card i.e., what is the limit for the orginal card the addon card holder can spend the amount only from the orginal card holders credit
ICICI bank is giving the add on card.

Prepaid cards are ripoffs.
Get a local bank account, and get a debit visa that draws money outta that account. The only things that a debit card doesn't work for is a car rental, and I don't think that will be a problem in your case.
