Some good techno songs are Bad Boy by Cascada, Castles in the Sky..i dont know who sings that, Energy by DJ post, well at least i think that they are good songs

I've heard a couple techno songs, but my favorite was the remix of the titanic song in techno :) it was really good.

Try out some Massiv in Mensch. My favorites are "Around My Heart" and "Secret Side" from the "Klang Der Unsterblichkeit" EP. There are also some really good tracks on Steril's "Realism" album. Those are both kind of industrial bands.
Lemon Jelly are a little more electronica, but their music is really interesting.
Data are really good, too. Check them out.
