If you are looking for full fledged economy bike, you can choose either between the Bajaj Platina & the TVS Star City. If you maintain speeds between 40-0 on these bikes. You will easily get more then 70kmpl. Platina would also be good looking bike overall. Also these days we have the electric scooters coming in, check them out they give about 45Kms per recharge. Its very cheap to maintain them. Price about: 35000

All bikes from the TVS normally give the better MILEAGE but incase of speed and all its not good as compare to the BAJAJ.

You can buy Hero Honda Super Splendor to get good mileage. I think u can get 60-65Km/Lit.
