Spider veins do not and can not go away without medical intervention. There is a very safe and fast way to get rid of small vericose (spider) veins. It involves an injection by a Dr. of a substance that will basically collapse, dry up, and do away with the non working, non vital, unsightly, sometimes painful, "spider veins"

For me, easy, cheap and accessible is best! I have spider veins on my feet. I take Butcher's Broom for them and it works pretty well. Available at your local Wal-Mart! Or herbal store if you prefer.
