It is at all times, as both countries have one hour Daylight Saving Time between the same dates, except for two hours after the clocks change in Turkey as Turkey changes two hours before UK [so it is briefly three hours difference in Spring and one hour difference at time of Autumn change]

I'm in Turkey and can tell you categorically that it is 2 hours ahead of UK. We changed the clocks here the same night that they changed in Britain.
The time in Turkey now is 16.15
