If you use Windows XP, go to Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> the "Languages" tab and tick the check-boxes under the "Supplemental language support" to install support for complex script and East Asian languages. This won't affect your current functionality, and the computer will continue to work in English as before.

Then, try using Babelfish: http://babelfish.altavista.com with the note that the translation may not be always as good as you want. There are probably some means of entering text directly from the keyboard in East Asian languages, but I don't know how that works.

It translates to "nose" -- but you have to say it with a pause in the middle, like so: "Noooo-----z"
