Great Mother Goddess, no. Why on Earth would I want to jump off a perfectly good bridge? Learn to swim, much more useful than jumping off things.

First of all, learn to swim! Second, yes I have jumped from a railroad trestle here in Denver back during the flood we had here. It was about twenty feet down to the water, but it was fast and moving and railroad cars were banging into each other I remember. I got out around a quarter mile down stream at the Casket company.

I have gone over damn on rafts, swam in 30 foot waves, went through a hurricane on a 38 foot Chris Craft, and driven through a tornado, but have never jumped a bridge!

I can't swim either... Yeah, I missed out on a lot... so, if I jumped a bridge, I would be signing my death certificate... :-)

I jumped off bridges into the mississippi river as a kid, dumb as it was I survived, too bad I guess.

Yes, I have. It took me about 20 mins, to work myself up to actually do it, but after you do it once, it's nothing after that. I have jumped off bridges and cliffs.
(You couldn't get me to do it now though...)
