I do have sinus problems and allergies, and very fair skin. I already take antihistamines regularly, plus use an inhaler for asthma.
I have been tested for low iron, but that is fine. I think it's partly the sinus problems and partly genetic. I've been to the doctor many times for the allergies, sinuses, and so on. The dark circles haven't gotten better even though I take medicine for allergies, and asthma. I've got more sleep since taking these medicines, so I don't think getting more sleep would help.
Any suggestions just for the eyes? Thanks.

Some women have dark circles if they lose a lot of blood during their menses. That along with a fibroid cyst, can cause a lot of blood loss and very dark circles. I found that after having surgery to relieve the excess bleeding, my circles are just about gone. I had the surgeries two years ago.

Dark circles can be a symptom of allergies. Take Claritin for a week, and see if they clear up. If they do, quit taking Claritin and go to an allergist to find out what is causing the allergic reactions (allergy scratch test).

Most of us are chronically underrested and thus, the dark circles. It can also be a sign of not enough oxygen. Practice breathing deeply and slowly and also practice going to bed a little earlier so that you can awaken naturally without an alarm clock rousing you out of deep REM.

You could possibly sleep more, but you can also use some kind of makeup to cover that up.
