It is very difficult, as people generally are afraid to deal, in Bihar, because of very insecure conditions.

Here in the United States we have something call "service clubs". These are groups of people who get together to provide services that need to be done.

One such group is the Lions Club. Lions Clubs like to work with two types of projects: diabetes, and eye sight.

If I were you I'd contact a Lions club in India (there are a few in India) and see if they can get help from Lions International.
