Victorian era-political turmoil?

Was there political turmoil during this era (the early Victorian era)?? Unlike the regency era with Napoleon and such, the Victorian era seemed pretty calm enough .. . .were there any turmoils that led to violence and such??

There was the Crimean War, Mexican-American War, Spanish-American War, Boer War, and many others. It was just as peaceful as most eras of history.
