Check or Uncheck the Block Popup Windows Box. You also have the option to choose what sites you might want to disable the blocker on.
For Internet Explorer:
Tools
Popup Blocker
And/Or Popup Blocker Settings

go to TOOLS, Internet Options, Privacy Tab and look at the bottom...there should be pop-up controls and maybe even properties depending on your browser. Go to the Security Tab and click the "Default Level button". Go to Advanced and click on Restore Defaults. Also check your firewall settings. maybe disable it for for a few and see if that is the problem. The biggest problem I have with my security is not actually the firewall itself but rather the Privacy Policy. Disable this and it will make life much easier.

You may have multible pop-up blockers. I have an earthlink toolbar with one and a google toolbar with one. Make sure you click them all off.I can just click on the part that says pop-up blocker on my toolbar to enable/disable. Good luck. It may also say # blocked on the toolbar so make sure you click on that too.
