i used to sell phones for 3 years. a common problem is the circutry in the phone. take the phone the a store that strickly deals w/ ur service IE: sprint store, verizon store, etc. Have a tech look at it. i had the same problem with a LG phone for Sprint, and the circut was bad the "charged" the phone. Everytime I charged it, it said it was fully charged but would discharge w/in 24 hours.
Also, if u r in a weak signal area, it WILL drain the battery ALOT faster than normal.
Newer phones have Lithium Ion batteries and DO NOT develope a memory, wich means u can charge then everynight and it wont hurt the battery.
Hope this helps.

normally I'd say it's the battery..however most modern cell phone batteries aren't plagued by the problems of the older models that have to be fully discharged before they can safely be charged again.
if you've replaced the battery, and that didn't help, then more than likely, it's your phone. the charger that you plug into the wall is just a power supply...the phone itself charges the battery. if your battery and power supply (i call 'em wall-warts, becuase, that's what they look like) are new, then chances are, it's your phone not properly charging..there's also the possibility that when you bought the new battery, you bought one with a lower capacity than the old one, so it just doesn't take as much juice. However, if the battery is exactly the same as your old one, and not taking what you'd think is a full charge...then your phone faulty.

It is probably you, I am sorry to say. If a brand new battery is bought, it has to be charged for at least 8 hours before it is used for the first time. If you do not do that, it will never reach its full capacity

Dennis J is 100% right. 24 hours charging no interruptions as soon as u buy the new battery will allow it to reach full potential. If all else fails...Howabout you use the warranty the phone came with?

It's not true. If you probably saw it on youtube its a load of bs. Don't believe everything you hear or see. There is no way it can charge without any electricity flowing to the phone.

One rule that is almost universally true.
Never partially charge a rechargable battery and then use it. Use the battery regularly, but always fully charge it; otherwise, it'll build up a memory regarding its fullest charge.
Draining it regularly helps too, but ALWAYS ALWAYS fully charge it before using it.
