No, unless President Bush is impeached, he serves office until Jan. 2009. A Democratic congress, however, can take away much of Bush's ability to push his political agenda.

NO, however his power can be eliminated by congress. Get democrats in both house and senate and Bush will have a really hard time doing anything that many are unhappy with.
