I wouldn't bother, it has happened to me many times but as long as the songs are on the i-pod then why do you need them on the library? I have purposely cleared my library as it just clogs up the memory. If you want to play your songs through the PC just hook up your i-pod to it and listen that way. No point in having the songs in the library really unless you are going to format your I-pod. I think it is possible to move songs from your i-pod to i-tunes but I'm not sure how but it definitely can be done as I know people that have done it and I tunes won't clear your songs off your i-pod unless you have the automatic updates turned on, turn it off by using your menu and then you will be in no danger of losing anything.

there's no way of transferring music from your ipod back to the computer unfortunately. You will have to upload all your music again. When I had to restore my computer back to factory settings I took it to PC World and they managed to recover all my old files somehow. Maybe that's worth a shot?
Don't plug in your ipod until you've filled your library again because this will wipe everything on your ipod and you'll have nothing to listen to!

i'd pick the iPod contact because of straight forward contact-show navigation and a effective length show. The show length is suitable for taking area in video clips on the go. The music sounds large by the headphones, yet you are able to in basic terms use the headphones that come out of the container, no different headphones will in good structure. 8GB should not be that a lot, yet in case you dont want to apply diverse reminiscence, 8GB will be very well. in case you want to get a more cost-efficient iPod pick the classic, yet i do recommend the contact.

open up the ipod in my computer... select ''view hidden files'' then look in ipod control and you will find all your music files... move them all to ''my music'' file on pc,... then open itunes up, and 'add file to library'' select the songs you removed, and put them back on......
