or comedy noses? Not that I own a comedy nose. Or comedy noses attached to moustaches and glasses. not that I own one of those either. I don't have a beard or a moustache but I am over 30 so do get those little fuse-wire type hairs on my chin occasionally. Would I be banned? And what about shipwrecked people who haven't got a razor, when they get rescued will they be arrested?

Of course not, identification, if necessary will all be via thumb prints.
The technique is available, so it is now a matter of time/cost and
determination. It has been announce that, in Brazil, for the next
election the voters identity will be by thumb print screening. This
will be a big help in eliminating all double vote tricks. I think that
the USA should adopt this system as soon as possible.

don't be so silly, you can still see peoples expressions when wearing glasses beards and moustaches. You can only see the persons eyes when wearing a veil, and you can not tell anything about them.

I'm not giving up my home grown scarf for anyone, I'm sticking to my 'tache and can't stop falling over if I take off my glasses. Should I wear a balaclava with some appropriate wording on my forhead?
