Actually I think Dr Suess started rap and if you try to rap to any Dr Suess book it sounds perfect....

no, the rap music has more of a emphases beat. Presley's is more of a melody and a rhyming song. Rap is more of a slam type of poetry. Good rappers can do this poetry as a natural part of the rhythm
