u must mean TV Show three's company, and remember? ha! i LOVE that show! lol. i have season 1,3,4 and 5 on dvd, and i have netflix, so i've seen the whole 2nd and 7th season and am currently watching season 6. that is my all time favorite show because it's so funny! i never watch that show and DON'T laugh lol. John Ritter was a very good, talented actor and is greatly missed. but yes, i love that show. Jack Tripper lived with Janet Wood and Chrissy Snow from season 1-4. then in season 5, chrissy left and her cousin cindy came to live with jack and janet until the end of season 5, and then season 6-8(the end) Terri Alden lived with them. The show is great, I love it! plus i saw the last episode on tv a while back and i kinda got a little teary. lol

Do you mean 'Three's Company'? Which was actually a TV show where he played a single guy living with two single girls (Suzanne Sommers). They had a really nosy neighbor who Jack (john Ritter) pretended to be gay around in order not to get kicked out. Go figure. There might have been a pilot movie but I doubt it.

You may be mixing up Three's Company with the original Man About The House series from the UK? A movie version of that show was made in 1974 but the actor was Richard O'Sullivan.

I remember the tv Show, not a movie. Three's Company
John Ritter as Jack Tripper (entire run), the clumsy culinary student, Navy veteran, and swinging bachelor who has to pretend he's gay so he can live with two female roommates without the landlord's disapproval. Later in the series he runs his own restaurant, "Jack's Bistro." (Billy Crystal auditioned for this role)
Joyce DeWitt as Janet Wood (entire run), the down-to-earth brunette who worked at the "Arcade Florist." (Ann Reinking auditioned for this role)
Suzanne Somers as Chrissy Snow (1977-1981), the ditzy blonde who was a typist. (Loni Anderson auditioned for this role)

Actually, he starred in two such series, the one you refer to is 'Threes Company', but he also starred in '8 Simple Rules for Dating My Teenage Daughter', which starred the woman who played Peg Bundy from Married with Children, as well as the girl who portrayed his daughter
