Math skills for 7th grade?

Okay... My math teacher said that I'm not being challenged enough in school, so she gave me a 86 page math book for 7th grade that she wants done in the next 2 months. I told her that it's to easy for me, and she gave me this problem. __+__+__+180=105 what do you think the __'s are. All of the __'s are the same number.

No offense, but I think you're just scared of getting a negative number. Don't be. since all of the blanks are the same #, just subtract out the 180, divide by 3 (theres 3 places to fill) and you get -25.

=>x+y=-75-k

Now even for 1 value of k you can have infinite values of y so there is no particular solution, Unless some other condition is given.
