Y'know the advert where the boy sings that song, "They're gonna taste great, they're gonna taste great. Everybody knows Frosties taste great!" Well I heard that he killed himself because people made fun of him for doing that advert. Is this true?

apparently he was:
a) beaten up
b) bullied mercilessly
then:
c) tried to commit suicide but failed.
this never happened to the Sugar Puffs monster did it?!

Chris Moyles on Radio 1 investigated this cos he heard the rumour too. He found out that the frosties kid is alive and well and lives in south africa. He has changed his appearance though as he was getting some threats of some kind.

Apparently, according to Kellogg's, he's alive and well living in South Africa. Sven Ruygrok (His real name) wasn't happy when the Sun newspaper tracked him down in 2006, but at least we know it's not true. He's now in training to be on South Africa's Gymnastic Team in the 2008 Olympics.

Do a search to see all the other times people asked this question. No he didn't commit suicide. A teacher was so concerned at the amount of time her pupils were spending discussing this that she wrote to Kelloggs, who confirmed that the actor is alive and well, and that there was a suicide involving a man with a similar sounding name

No he didn't. He got bullied at school so he moved away to Africa or somethin. The headlines said that he hung himself so no-one would go looking for him from school and bully him again.

I believe he is alive and well, and living in South Africa, although I think he looks different not - changed his hair or something, probably didn't wanna be recognised, can't blame him can you.

i heard that rumor from school. but the way rumors go sround our school i took it with alarge pinch of salt. anyway he lives in south africa.
