Restart your computer, and when your computer is preparing to restart, put in the xp cd(english) version, the screen will appear "press ENTER to access this cd" or something like that, press the key as instructed, and reformat your hard-disk. Good Luck!

If you have a windows boot disk, try booting through that and then running setup to repair your installation of windows. If that does not work, you will have to reformat. However, you may save your data by removing your hard disk and connecting it as a slave to a friends computer, and transferring all your important files. If you are not confident of doing this, ask a techi to do it for you
