There is a big tobacco store on the main street "strøget" very close to the big "Illum" (shopping mall) and "storke springvandet" they could have snuff tobacco.

Look for an American Military Base and ask a Soldier. They sell it on Base otherwise try http://www.ussmokeless.com/ and ask them where they sell in Dublin.
