I have slept since the last time I read anything so forgive me if I am a bit off :-)
(If you believe that the bible is recorded history) I recall reading something like Adam (formed) and Eve (built up from a rib) were both created so it would be their first child whatever that kid’s name was. (Which I believe was Cain)

But if you don't see the bible as recorded history then well... not a clue since no records were taken that far back. :-)
