If a doctor, using a lab test has told you you have no sperm cells, then he should have told you the cause and any possible solutions, so I don't know why you are even asking this, except as as hoax question. Men who do not produce sperm cells are called Sterile. Can be a natural cause or via a vasectomy.
It does take a microscope of at least 600X to view sperm in the seminal fluid, and then someone trained to analyze the semen would have to determine the viability of the sperm.

You would only know if there was no sperm if you'd had a sperm count done - in which case, the doctor should have explained the various possibilities to you. Go back to the clinic for a consult.
Sperm are not visible to the naked eye.

How are you sure about that?!
To see sperm in the semen just needs a electronic microscope, because in male humans, sperm cells consists of a head 5 µm by 3 µm and a tail 50 µm long.
Did you got a specific clinic exam, maybe?
In my opinion you are wrong!

There are many reasons, if you know that no sperm is produced then you have had it checked by a doctor (you will not know this without a check up)
Ask your doctor the reason.

It's *very* unusual for there to be zero sperm production. most men in the west aren't producing as much sperm as a result of estrogen [the ladies' sex hormone] in recycled products and drinking water.

I have this problem. My tubes from the testicles going out are clogged for some reason (likely a surgery during childhood).
It can be fixed, but it is difficult. My wife still got pregnant by a very cheap home artificial insemination.

there's a name for this condition, it's called impatent and if in fact you are, your just amongst the other thousands of men. To know for sure and at what level, your doctor can perform a sperm count test and then give you any options that might fit your condition.
