Most people use VPN connections to unblock websites, is good to access blocked sites such as the BBC iPlayer outside of the UK and Hulu out of USA. Also gives anonymous browsing as well which is good when at work I guess.

You just have to keep looking for new proxy sites not yet blocked.

The ultimate answer is to use satellite-delivered internet services, which should be obtainable if you do some research. No government can stop you pointing your dish at a satellite!
