Seriously, McDonalds is probably the most disgusting fast food joint worldwide. Or, at least here in North America. When I was about 8 years old, I went to McDonalds, opened my burger and it had been chewed and broken. It was really nasty. Anyways, share your McDonalds Horror Stories. Have you had any?

I think their customer service sucks! And I won't EVER spend another dime at a McDonald's! Nine times out of ten they will get your order wrong, their employees are rude as hell, and the food really ain't that great anymore. The last time I went to McDonald's, the cashier at the drive-thru short changed me ten bucks. When I pulled up to the second window and told a "manager" she had me pull up and wait while the cashier counted her drawer. I sat there for 30 freaking minutes waiting for someone to either bring me my money or whatever. When no one came out I went inside and the "manager" rolled her eyes at me as she handed me my ten dollars back! I didn't get an apology or anything. Just an attitude. So I won't ever go back to ANY McDonald's because I am sick of their screw-ups!

One time I ordered a Big Mac meal from the drive-thru and when I got home I pulled the big mac out of the bag and I noticed that it felt pretty heavy,so I took a look inside the sandwich and to my horror it didn't have two meat patties...it had four! It had extra sauce, pickles, everything! I was completely in a state of shock and that it tasted soooo good and fresh too! More than likely it was an employees big mac and it was given to me by mistake. I know its not much of a horror story for me but it is a horror story for mcdonald's to give a customer something they didn't pay extra for.

I actually like McDonalds but my horror stories are about the owners and the employees of my nearest restaurant: rude, rude, rude. If you catch food missing from your order and tell them, their eyes roll to reinforce how you are putting them out. One time I was in the drive-through line and the person kept bringing me the wrong food and finally she screamed "YOU ORDERED TOO MUCH FOOD." That was it. I wrote a complaint to Corporate HQ because I am a very polite customer and wasn't being demanding. Alas, I think part of the problem is that they get paid low and don't expect their employment to be a career path or else they'd jump off a bridge. However, if I am a polite person, they should be nice also. I respect anybody who has to work. Hey, we all have to work. P.S. - the complaint did no good.

Honestly, it depends on the Mcdonalds. I've been to some very terrible ones, but the one I actually work at, I like. We have one of the best ones in our state, and Ive worked there for a year with no complaints even close to some of the ones I've read here. But working at the one I work at, a lot of the others ive been to ill never go to twice. The other restruants have EXTREMELY rude employees, yet the one I work at we FOCUS on being polite. Like thats a part of our training and if we ever rolled our eyes at a customer we'd get written up and probably a lower pay. I guess honestly, Im lucky to work at the one I do but it does make me judge every other Mcdonalds I visit

years ago when i was pregnant of all times, i go to mcdonalds and order a big mac. i take a bite, chew a little, stopped, reached in my mouth, and pulled out a kinky hair. nasty. but for now, the mcdonalds around my town, have some of the rudest and laziest people working for them. not all of them. but customers in drive thrus are just as important as those who walk into their place.

Back a few years ago i went thru a Mcdonalds drive-thru and i ordered the two cheese burger meal. I didn't check my order until i got home and i got the shock of my life, there was NO MEAT on the buns! Of course, i became furious and drove back there to raise some serious you-know-what! And the stupid manager had the nerve to ask me if i had taken the meat off the burgers so i could get a free meal. Right! I got all the way home and decided to take the meat out of the burgers and go all the way back up there and complain just to get a free meal! I told him c'mon, you can't be serious! He wasn't even apologetic at all and i ended up calling the corporate office on him and they gave me 100 dollars in gift certificates and a letter of apology. Turns out that they had a lot of complaints about that particular store.

There was a fried cockroach in the large french fries I ordered at McDonald's.

I was so grossed out dude, I ended up running to the restroom and throwing up all over the toilet.

I will never go to a McDonald's ever again.

I have had food poisoning three times in my life and everytime it was after eating at McDonalds. I have kicked the habit and have been McDonalds free for two years now.
