Boy Scout Patches in Tokyo?

Does anyone know if there are stores that sell boy scout patches in Tokyo? I volunteer with a troop in the US and I promised the scouts I would send them some Japanese patches if I could find a place in Tokyo that sells them

Get a native speaker to check the Tokyo directory for boy scouts.
