A straight man won't wear women's jeans. He can get men's jeans in kid's sizes if he is small sized. Women's jeans are designed for contours of her hips - men do not have hips!
Would a man wear ladies blouse? No, for the same reason - stretch - it doesn't look right.

I work with a guy that definetly is not gay, he does listen to weird new age music stuff, but NOT GAY, and he wears them. i couldn't even tell that he had them on. i think its fine, everybody is cut different and styled different! do what makes you happy!
