antidisastablishmentarianism is supposed to be the longest word in the English dictionary but I couldn't tell you about other languages...

pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is the word you're looking for. It has 45 letters and means "a disease contracted by inhaling fine volcanic ash". Note that this is the longest word in the ENGLISH dictionary. Other languages have words longer than even this. For example, there is a 120-some letter word in Greek.
Just for the record, antidisestablishmentarianism has 28 letters, and supercalifragilisticexpialidocious has 34, so neither of them is the one you are looking for.
