I'm an American and I value all life. My government does not speak for me, in fact, for those non-Americans out there, please know that to the majority of Americans feel that the Bush Administration is a HUGE embarrassment and we cannot wait until his term is over. He's destroying our country as quickly as he's destroying others.
The American people are first and foremost, PEOPLE. We do not carry guns around with us, we do not like violence and we do not fancy ourselves to be cowboys.

I don't think this is true at all! American Government behaviour is very questionable yes.....but the above statement is incorrect, how can you generalise about about 250 Million individuals ?

I actually think it's almost the other way around right now for many people. It seems that so many people with money use it in other countries rather than taking care of our own citizens first.
