Well i think you should worry This country is falling apart you are guilty unless you can prove you are innocent my advice is to stay calm at all times no matter what anyone does ,Your neighbour will have been advised to collect evidence against you, video you record what you are saying etc so do not look at them ,ask council for mediation, there has to be a cause and if as you say it is untrue it may be caused by rumours and other people, Good luck THE wheel is round

They will be put to proof before anything is done about you. If they are shown to be vindictive, then no doubt a note will be made in the Housing Department about their attitude and they will not be taken seriously in future.

Seek advice of the Citizens Advice Bureau if you genuinely feel
you are being victimised. Do so ASAP but do not directly approach the complainers!

get cctv and prove them wrong. you can always descend to their level and do the same, complain, complain, complain. if you're too afraid of them just move, you'd better off !!
Personally, I'd confront them with the false accusations, here in Ireland we have our ways ...
