you will continue to have a normal orgasm, but you will not ejaculate through your penis. The ejaculate will actually go into the bladder and be expelled when you void.

This means you have a 'dry' orgasm. You feel the usual sensation, but nothing comes out of the penis. This can be caused by various medications, or by prostate problems. The ejaculate is traveling backwards, ending up in the bladder, where it will be passed out next time you urinate. This is not a dangerous condition.

When you c u m, nothing will come out. It will be dry with no sperm. You'll still feel good, but there will be nothing to clean up because it stays in your body.
