just right click on computer icon on your desktop.then go into tab automatic updates. then tick on the option of automatic updates.and your query is solved.

setting the automatic updates is good but you wont get all the updates you should go to windows update and grab them all except for the nvidia drivers they dont work and will mess you up
but go t control panel and you'll gind it there
