Ink Stain! Help!?
I am finding it very difficult to get biro ink out of my school shirts, please could anyone suggest a solution.

Hope these links help. I have used buttermilk to remove these inks stains. Soaked the parka (yes, a new red parka) overnight and most of the next day then threw into the washing machine. Use a lot of buttermilk so the stain stays wet for the entire soaking time.

I know my gran used to use milk before she would wash the item. put a little bit of milk on a cloth and rub gently before you put it in the wash. I think its got something to do with the protein in milk lifts the stain.
