I typed in "photo insert greeting cards" and came up with a few:
http://www.tinytidings.com/flurries-photo-insert-greeting-card.html
http://www.paper-paper.com/greetingcard.html#insert
http://www.taylorcard.com/catlist.asp?catid=42
And this one is a very attractive twist on the same idea that I haven't seen before!

I've also seen them at our WalMart, or they may have them at Hobby Lobby & Michaels

Yes ask for aperture cards at a Craft or Stationery shop. Or there is a large selection at www.craftcreations.com.

Micheals has them. You can find them in the cardmaking section which is often with the scrapbooking stuff, and with the watercolour papers.
