Whatever might be your UG or any technical courses you can join "MBA".

When compared to a commerce student you will be having few difficulties in studying since your background is technical

You will have 3 to 4 papers related to Accounts , Commerce which will be a nightmare for you in the begining but once when you start learning it you will enjoy the subjects

My kind suggestion is you can better get a coaching classes for Account's related courses before joining "MBA"

You can surely specialize in HR in MBA. But why do you want to get into a lousy career like HR. Even secretaries and Librarians are kicked up to become HR Managers. Technology is the in thing. Specialize in Managing IT/Technology or International Business in MBA.

mba systems is the first choice for u. since u are having some experience u might have acquinted with the corporate environment. hr requires special skills and i hope u can reach higher hights in u r career with mba.systems with u r it back ground.
