Not sure what you mean. Are you asking for the opposite to the word "raw"? That would be cooked or some variation of cooked.

Raw

Raw describes a material that is in its natural unprocessed form, or has not had the final stages of processing. For example, raw food refers to food that has not been cooked, and raw silk is the term for unprocessed silk. Raw also has symbolic meaning. See Claude Lévi-Strauss's The Raw and the Cooked.

opposite to raw is Mature.

The opposite of raw when speaking of food, is cooked.
Ex.: Do you like your broccoli raw or cooked?

If you are speaking of natural resources, as in "raw" materials,
the opposite would be processed.

Ex.: The Saudis send raw petroleum to American refineries where it is processed and made into gasoline and heating oil.

"Raw " is sometimes used to refer to natural talent as in, "He has plenty of raw speed."
This means "natural, untrained speed as opposed to speed gained from training.

Ex.: He doesn't possess much raw speed, so he compensates by using good technique.

The opposite here would be trained.
