Call your local American Legion Post, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post or Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter.
You can get the numbers out of the local phone book.
Ask for the name of their Veterans Affairs Officer, explain the situation and follow his guidance.

The U.S. Veterans Network is veteran owned and operated and was incorporated in 1986 for the purpose of helping veterans with employment. Assisting Veterans For Over 20 Years Now and We do not offer handouts but rather a hand up.

Over the years the USVN has evolved from just helping and employing veterans too also donating funds to veteran and non veteran causes.

we can help veterans in many different ways - by donating to the many veterans groups and also by providing many veterans a way to earn their living by selling our flags, flagpoles, and advertisements for our newspaper The Veterans Gazette.

Veterans Support

Brigham Young University has been approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs to provide information on the use of VA education benefits to all student veterans, dependents, guard members, and reservists who are actively enrolled in school and pursuing a college degree.

With the latest in technological advancements, the Office of Veterans Support ensures that all the necessary paperwork can be completed and transferred electronically to the VA Regional Processing Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma for payment of benefits.

The Office of Veterans Support is the liaison between BYU and the VA. We provide information and a support system for student veterans, dependents of veterans, guard members and reservists:
1. who have satisfied all requirements for formal admission to BYU,
2. who have been recognized by BYU as a degree-seeking student, and
3. who have applied for VA education benefits.
