I purchased a TRENDNET wiresless adsl router and through that connect my pc to my notebook , my notebook coonnect to the router but surprisingly I can not surt internet in some sites , some sites begin to load but for other sites I got a mesaeg like you are not connect to internet at all , even I can not connect to yahoo messenger , is there any special preferneces that should I use , please someone explain me exactly how a pc can be connected to a notebook ?

You should not need to conect your Laptop to your PC. If your LTop has wireless use that to connect to your router.

There is a utility in windows xp to set up network. Please follow the instructions there. I believe u have already set up ur router thru one of the comuters already as u r able to surf some sites as per ur question.
