Get that job, take it seriously, do a GREAT job and you will make a lot more pretty quickly.
Spend all your time whining about how little you make and you will get nowhere.

It's a case of supply and demand, they would pay more if they couldn't find people to fill the jobs. But hey we could give everyone a 10 dollar raise or a 100 dollar raise, but that would just drive prices up, so we'd be in the postion of mot enough income anyway.

People from other countrys who work jobs like these are thankful for what they get paid for because they would never get paid like this in their old country. Plus, some teens work jobs like these because it is a start out and plus their parents still support them. Teens usually use them to go shopping, etc. Lastly some people get paid this kind of money just for a little extra income.

Hello....are you trying to say that's what you are offered or are you just saying that in general. Cause if that's what you are working for, have you ever thought of working for yourself? You could do better than $8/hr but up to you and your choice. I am involved in a home-based business that sure pays me more than that. If you want to hear more, you can email me at rpelley5@yahoo.com but I only accept serious people.
