hi,i was ripped off out off over £200 on a wedsite called swapz and was wondering if there is anyway of finding out the guys IP address

in that give the website address and get the IP address.

Don't bother with that, call the police and explain your case to the fraud prevention team, if you DO manage to get his IP address and do things to his computer, he is more than entitled to call the police on you! Get there first!
