My Boyfriend wants to me to remove some if not ALL of my peircings. I have my clit, left nipple, tounge, belly button & ears peirced. He has a new job & says we need to 'grow up'. He has even advised me not to sunbathe topless unless I remove my nipple bar ! Cheek of it! My peircings are part of my personality & he was not bothered when we first met in fact he loved them. Why should I change ? What do you people think ?

Sheez tell him to take a chill pill, what right has he tell you to remove these piercings, I'll tell you NONE.
If it was good enough when he met you and no bother then maybe getting a new job has changed him WHY?

Babe tell him to go jump like it or leave it , sounds like he is possessive and controlling is that what you WANT?

That is what make your personality so for him to demand that you change is an insult to your intelligence as if you need to grow up and removing piercings is automatically going to do this HA HA HA Pleasseeeee pull the other one it has bells..

Keep them, only take them out if it suits YOU NOT HIM..Cheers

I have a "grown up" job, I live in a nice house and I have several piercings and MANY tattoos. Body modification isn't a sign of immaturity. It's a form of self-expression and artistry using one's body as a canvas.

If he cannot accept your choices and feels the need to demean you in order to coerce a change in your lifestyle, then he obviously is showing disrespect for you as not only his girlfriend, but as a human. He started dating you with the piercings and he should accept that it's part of who you are. If he can't, then it's time for you to move on and find someone who CAN and DOES respect you.

relies upon, is there a gown code on your worker handbook? if so, you're screwed and definite you need to take it out. If no longer it relatively is style of touch and bypass. she will't particularly "fireplace" you for it, yet she ought to fireside you for the different valid reason. Or she will lay you off, which will nicely be refrained from reason. Is it particularly nicely worth it to lose your interest basically for a piercing which will possibly improve out in a 300 and sixty 5 days besides? base line, you need to have asked first. With piercings, continually anticipate it relatively is not aloud if it relatively is seen except advised otherwise.

He made a commitment to you by having sex with you.
BUT.... he would love you even more if you would change to being more NORMAL.
Personally, I think females are much prettier with out pieces of steel stuck to their body.
You sound like a freaky chick and must be blast in the sack.
Lets hope this boy has the patience to let you grow up at your own pace.

I have all of those piercings and many tattoos but for my job i did have to remove a few but dont remove them if you arent ready to remove them. Its your body-if you are ready then remove them but dont let him tell you have to.They are apart of your personalilty and thats what makes you.If something were to happen to the 2 of you-you will regret removing them and you may even regret removing them if you stay together cuz they are apart of you.Always be who you are and not you are not.

It seems that it's now starting to show a unique quality those that dont get piercings or tatoos all over their body. You are not special or unique by doing that. People just stare at you for a second and think "get away from my kids" and then keep walking. Thats it.

If you want to remove them then go ahead. But if you don't want to then don't change yourself for your boyfriend. If he loves you then he will appreciate you as you are: piercings and all.

Don't change your personality, be who you want to be. But don't hide your self in tons of piercings. Let the world know who you really are. So piercings or not he will still love you for who you are and your originallity.

He is exercising ownership rights, perhaps. Work out a compromise, if you want your life together to survive. If you are on the look out for reasons to break up , then go ahead and fight for your personality right.
