Where can I buy Queen Helenes Product like the julep mint masque?

I lived here in the Philippines, Is this product available in here? How can I get it?
I have lots of blackheads and I read that this product can help, so im willing to try.

I get it at Target and Wal-Mart. Love the stuff (mint julep.) Cheap and effective!

Any african american beauty store.Also,I've seen it at walmart.Don't know if you have one there?
