Bahgdad, but I hope they make it a closed event... if people are so macabre that they must see it a vid afterwords... but making it closed and not announcing the date could save bloodshed in "rescue attempts"

I'm Really not sure where. A panel of appeal judges will now review the death sentence against Saddam. If no grounds to appeal the decision are found, the former dictator may be executed within 30 days.
