Uh-oh. Reformat. Pop-in a windows disc and reformat that thing. That happened to me, wire came out while computer was running, and Media test failure. You're pretty much screwd...I reformated, good as new, but I had everything backed up to begin with. You, might not, but you should have the backup discs to install everything and whatnot. (It's illegal not to send them)
Goodluck.

This issue is often caused by either an incorrect setting in BIOS or a bad boot device, such as a bad hard disk drive. To resolve this issue, we suggest you go through the steps in document CH000229 relating to a similar error message.

Does it start up at all? If so, try running system restore, maybe it was just a coinsidence that you dropped the laptop at about the same time you ran that spyware thing.

This looks like a hardware failure

So my advice if you have anything that can be deattached do so, remove any external or internal parts and install them again (CD, floppy, HDD, Ram, etc)

if you don't know what you're doing you shouldn't even open your laptop, take it to a shop, it's probably just a bad connected cable, not due to the spyware scan but due to your carelessness in dropping your pc on the floor ...
